Kathy Good, Principal

Kathy is a founding partner of KnowledgeSource Solutions, Inc. Kathy is responsible for strategic direction for all KnowledgeSource client engagements. She leads the creative and CRM strategy and business requirements development. She determines and manages impact of customer communication and marketing activity across all channels. She is focused on measurable results and timely execution to ensure client's success.

At Type T, Kathy was the Director of Client Services where she played a critical role in determining client acquisition, management and retention strategies. During her tenure at Type T, Kathy grew the Dunkin' Donuts business to a million dollar account. As a result of her leadership, DunkinDonuts.com tripled its customer conversion rate and increased sales by nearly 300 percent. Kathy also lead process development across Client Services, Project Management, Creative, Technology and HR for Type T.

Kathy has extensive CRM experience. Prior to Type T, Kathy was at Digitas, an Internet Professional Services consulting firm, where she was a leader in electronic Customer Relationship Management. At Digitas, she was responsible for the creation and execution of integrated marketing strategies, with particular focus on one-to-one customer relationships over the internet or phone. She has Fortune 500 client experience, including work for GM, Delta, FedEx, and AT&T.

Prior to Digitas, Kathy was at Arnold Communications where she launched Call Center Solutions for Arnold Direct. Kathy was responsible for integrated marketing strategy development and execution across multiple clients, including Volkswagen and Bell Atlantic.
