Oscar is a founding principal of KnowledgeSource Solutions, Inc. His technology vision more than complements all functional areas, it drives effective business process redesign and engages appropriate and successful service providers across all areas of the client's organization. Oscar designs and develops technology strategy, architecture, integration and analytics for KnowledgeSource clients. He manages technology teams at the client and vendor level. He is responsible for new business development and contract management.

Prior to forming KnowledgeSource, Oscar was a co-founder of Type T, LLC, a 5 MM e-business consulting firm. He was responsible for developing the process and technical strategic vision of the company and was also responsible for acquiring and growing major clients such as Dunkin' Donuts, InfoLibria, eYak, ServiceSoft, Adval, and Houghton Mifflin.

Before starting Type T, Oscar led Deloitte Consulting/DRT Systems' Web-focused Center of Excellence for eBusiness Infrastructure and Architecture, supporting Deloitte Consulting/DRT Systems' solutions in Customer-Supplier Interface and Knowledge Management. Oscar joined Deloitte Consulting/DRT Systems' Boston operation in 1992 and became a principal of the company in 1994. He has an impressive track record as Chief Architect with complex applications and terabyte-sized databases. Oscar also helped define Deloitte's firm-wide Client/Server Bootcamp curriculum and was ranked top instructor. .

Oscar began his IT career as an Architect in Client/Server systems for an electronic forms company and systems consultant in the advanced technology group at a major New England bank where he focused on HR and executive information systems.
